REFUND POLICY:

DISCALIMER

All the products have been made in the finest handwoven fabrics and materials. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.

Slight irregularities in the colour or print or weave or any thread pull are due to the fact that the fabric is hand painted/hand woven. These are not defects but it's the nature of handcrafted products as these are all human involved. The irregularities and nuances found in handwoven textiles is what makes them unique and beautiful.  Sometimes the colours may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.

Returns/exchange is denied to deviations in colour from the product displayed to the product received by you. Kindly note that our prices are fixed; please do not bargain or ask for a discount.

We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers. A COUPON CODE equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Below are the 3 steps for returning your House of tarana purchases.

Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@houseoftarana.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return  request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY :

All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged or a wrong product is delivered, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp at +91 6360646461 or email support@houseoftarana.com. We need a package opening video as a proof for the same. We accept the exchange within 2 working days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products incase received in a damaged condition or after the given time.


The cost of return/exchange if any have to be borne by the customer. The decision for any credits will be solely at the discretion of Team House of tarana.

The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. We hold all the rights to not accept the products in case they are used or damaged by the customer.

We do not guarantee availability of the same product in the desired colour. Exchange will entirely depend on availability of products. Requesting you to please check before requesting an Exchange.Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all repetitive, exchange request shall not be entertained.
